Boundary Creek Provincial Park

Boundary Creek Provincial Park

Boundary Creek is a small, convenient highway-side campground located minutes from Greenwood.  It is ideal for campers looking to stop overnight or as a base camp for those looking to explore the KVR trail, Greenwood, and the rest of the Boundary Region.

The park has 17 basic campsites with no hookups. Flush toilets and drinking water are available on site. It is not possible to make a reservation at this park. Campsites are often available for last-minute campers in July and August.  Fees are cash only and are self registration.  Dogs are welcome at this park on leash. Boundary Creek is open seasonally from the May Long Weekend through the second weekend in September. This park can be found on the banks of Boundary Creek just west of Greenwood. In the creek are small rainbow or brook trout that may reward the patient angler.

Slag heap and crumbling stack nearby mark the site of the B.C. Copper Company smelter that once employed 400 men during its years of operation from 1901 to 1918.
