With its accessible ski-in/ski-out location near the top of Lara’s Gondola, CTC is the ideal meeting point or place to grab a quick bite before hitting the slopes.

For an on-the-go breakfast option, try CTC’s famous Heck Ya breakfast sandwich featuring marbleized eggs, crispy pancetta, and Brie (or sweet potato and braised chard as a vegetarian option) all stacked between a custom baked buttermilk biscuit. The Chez CTC Egg Muffin and Rise & Shine Veggie Wrap are also great options to grab and go!

When its time for a lunch break, try one of CTC’s many hearty, toasted “sammies”- handmade sandwiches prepared fresh daily. Options include the Smoked Heritage Beef Brisket, Roasted Veggie Wrap, and Fontina Grilled Cheese, to name a few. You can even pair one with a cup of vegan Tuscan Tomato soup, made in-house. If you’re looking for something light, there are also a number of healthy salads available including the Tri-Color Quinoa Salad with pinto beans and sweet potato.

If you’ve got little ones with you, CTC is happy to serve its younger customers. Breakfast and lunch options include the Kids Breakfast Sandwich and Kids Grilled Cheese. Food that’s plain and simple (and crust free!)

If it’s just a warm up you’re looking for, try one of CTC’s many delicious, warm beverages. Specializing in both old school and new school beverages, the CTC baristas will be happy to whip you up anything from a classic Americano or Mocha to a spicy Almond Chai Tea Latte.

Most importantly, make sure you leave room for desert! CTC is famous for it’s homemade baked treats, prepared fresh throughout the day. Come in and try its Cinnamon Brioche, Chocolate Almond Croissant or thick, Fudge Brownie. A daily selection of muffins is also available featuring unexpected flavour combinations like White Chocolate Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Cherry which will be sure to make your taste buds dance.
