ANALYTICS – WEB AND SOCIAL – December – YTD 2021

Boundary Country digital marketing performance has seen both positive and negative impacts from
the COVID-19 pandemic.


From Jan. to Dec. 2021, BoundaryBC.com website was visited by 82,353 users (+12%) through
99,736 sessions (+12%) over 153,432 pageviews (-7%). The average session duration was 1
minute and 3 seconds (-31%), with an average of 1.5 pages per session (-17%).


Over the period, the @BoundaryCountryBC Facebook page gained 1,645 net likes (+120%),
totalling 9,472 fans (+20%).
During the period, the @BoundaryCountry Instagram account gained 456 net followers (-10%),
bringing the count to 2,220 followers (+25%).


Boundary Country contracted advertising agency, War Room, to run the following ad campaigns
over the course of the year:
● March 2021 – Explore Local
● July 2021 – Summer Trails & Photo Challenge
● September 2021 – Fall Bliss
● Oct/Nov 2021 – Experience Winter
